Order in Council 305/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997 , Order in Council O.C. 166/2022 reappointing Denise Dietrich as part-time member of the Social Benefits Tribunal be revoked effective February 3, 2022.
