Order in Council 1843/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 6(1) and

section 6(2) of Ontario Regulation 612/20, Centralized Supply Chain Ontario, made under the Supply Chain Management Act (Government, Broader Public Sector and Health Sector Entities), 2019 :

Paul G. Smith of Toronto

be reappointed as a part-time member and redesignated as Chair of Centralized Supply Chain Ontario to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding twelve months, effective the later of January 15, 2023 and the date this Order in Council is made.
