Order in Council 1452/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 5(1) of the Health and Supportive Care Providers Oversight Authority Act, 2021, Order in Council numbered O.C. 270/2022 dated February 17, 2022 that appointed Ronald Farrell of Sundridge as a part-time member of the interim board of directors of the Health and Supportive Care Providers Oversight Authority be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
