This Bill would wind up the Economic Advisory Council and vest its assets in the Crown.

Be it enacted by the Lieutenant-Governor and House of Assembly in Legislative Session convened, as follows:

2. Notwithstanding subsection 16(4) of the Economic Advisory Council Act , title to all of the property and assets of the council, and the liabilities of the council, are vested in the Crown.
