Order in Council 69/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Richard Makuch was reappointed as full-time Member and Vice-Chair of the Ontario Land Tribunal for a fixed term ending June 6, 2024, by Order in Council O.C. 513/2021;

And

whereas Richard Makuch died on December 7, 2022;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Ontario Land Tribunal Act, 2021 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Order in Council O.C. 513/2021 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
