OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated October 23, 1998 pursuant to
Section 3 of
Chapter 379 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Trustee Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of C. Rebecca Brown as an Acting Public Trustee, which appointment was made by Order in Council 95-643 dated September 6, 1995; and (
b) appoint Louise Walsh Poirier of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, to be an Acting Public Trustee.
