Order in Council 319/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 9(1), 9(2) and 9(4) of the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation Act, 2011 , the appointment of Christopher Voutsinas as a member and designation as Chair of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation by Order in Council 63/2019 is hereby revoked effective the date this Order in Council is approved and ordered.
