Order in Council 1348/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Order in Council numbered O.C. 1250/2016 dated August 24, 2016 that reappointed and redesignated

Rick Cooper of Kagawong

as a part-time member and part-time Vice-Chair of the North East Local Health Integration Network under the Local Health System Integration Act, 2006, be revoked, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
