Order in Council 163/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 21.1(1) of the Ontario Northland Transportation Commission Act , R.S.O. 1990,

Chapter O.32,

Chad Michael Evans

be appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the Ontario Northland Transportation Commission to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding one (1) year, effective the date of this Order.
