Order in Council 1048/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Under subsection 42(1) of the Courts of Justice Act , Robert Bruce Horton, Barrister and Solicitor of Athens, Ontario, be appointed a provincial judge, effective July 30, 2020.
