OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour and Advanced Education dated May 3, 2018, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , and

Section 8 of

Chapter 449 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Student Aid Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Labour and Advanced Education entering into an Information Sharing Agreement with Employment and Social Development Canada on the terms and conditions approved by the Executive Council.
