Order in Council 362/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas William Burke was reappointed as full-time member of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term of five years, effective July 26, 2019, by Order in Council O.C. 1082/2019;

And

whereas William Burke tendered his resignation effective November 1, 2021;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997 , Order in Council O.C. 1082/2019 be revoked effective November 1, 2021.
