Order in Council 2335/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

The portions of highway in the Town of Richmond Hill (Geographic Township of Markham), Regional Municipality of York, Province of Ontario, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, shown as

Part 1 on Ministry Plan P-5025-0155 , filed with the Geomatics Section, Central Region, of the Ministry of Transportation at Toronto, Ontario on August 12, 2016, be designated as controlled-access highway pursuant to

section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act , R.S.O. 1990,

Chapter P.50, as amended; and

The portions of highway in the City of Markham (Geographic Township of Markham), Regional Municipality of York, Province of Ontario, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, shown as

Part 2 on Ministry Plan P-5025-0155 , filed with the Geomatics Section, Central Region, of the Ministry of Transportation at Toronto, Ontario on August 12, 2016, be designated as controlled-access highway pursuant to

section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act , R.S.O. 1990,
