Order in Council 1623/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Ontario Land Tribunal Act, 2021 , Kurtis Andrews of Metcalfe be reappointed as full-time member of the Ontario Land Tribunal for a fixed term of five years, effective March 25, 2026.
