Order in Council 1911/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to the provisions of subsection 1(1) of the Crown Attorneys Act, R.S.O. 1990 , c. C.49, the appointment of Mr. Philip Maurice Zylberberg as a full-time Assistant Crown Attorney, made by the Order in Council numbered O.C. 2007/2000 and dated October 25, 2000, be revoked effective July 1, 2017.
