OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated May 25, 2022, and pursuant to

Section 110 of

Chapter 41 of the Acts of 2010, the Personal Health Information Act , is pleased to amend the Personal Health Information Regulations , N.S. Reg. 217/2012, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2012-371 dated December 4, 2012, to permit the Minister of Seniors and Long Term Care, the Minister responsible for the Office of Addictions and Mental Health and the Minister of Health and Wellness as the Minister responsible for the Office of Healthcare Professionals Recruitment to collect, use and disclose personal health information for the purposes of supporting planning and management of health services, in the manner set forth in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after July 19, 2022.
