OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated January 18, 2000, pursuant to
Section 12 of
Chapter 195 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Health Act, is pleased to approve of regulations made by the Minister of Health respecting the reporting requirements of HIV positive persons in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
