Order in Council 1299/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 174(1) of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997, Order in Council O.C. 521/2021 dated April 22, 2021, reappointing Bernard Kalvin as full-time vice-chair of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal be revoked, effective July 1, 2022.
