OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated July 14, 1998, and pursuant to
Section 50 of
Chapter 461 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Teachers' Pension Act, is pleased to approve the making by the Nova Scotia Teachers' Pension Board of a regulation authorizing the Nova Scotia Teachers' Pension Board to enter into a reciprocal agreement originally established in 1994 and currently in place involving the teachers' pension plans of British Columbia, Alberta and Quebec, which agreement is set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
