Order in Council 1671/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1487/2015, dated the 28 th day of October, 2015, Timothy Jackson was reappointed as a member of the Board of Directors of Ontario Place Corporation;

and

whereas Timothy Jackson has resigned;

therefore Order in Council numbered O.C. 1487/2015 be revoked, effective from the date of this Order in Council.
