Section 42 of

Chapter 25 of the Acts of 1996, the Fisheries and Coastal Resources Act, is pleased to amend the Regulations Respecting Fisheries and Aquaculture Loans, N.S. Reg. 191/80, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 80-1707 dated December 16, 1980, to provide for loans for fishing licences, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after May 4, 2009.
