Order in Council 1220/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 6 of the Ontario Forest Tenure Modernization Act, 2011, S.O. 2011,

Chapter 10

Laird Van Damme, of Thunder Bay, Ontario

be appointed as part-time member, and designated chair, of the Nawiinginokiima Forest Management Corporation, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a term not exceeding 3 years, effective from the date this Order in Council is made.
