Order in Council 996/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 70(2) of the Health Care Consent Act, 1996, Mary Woodman of Picton be reappointed as a part-time registered nurse in the extended class member of the Consent and Capacity Board for a fixed term of five years, effective August 29, 2024 or the date this Order in Council is made, whichever is later.
