OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated November 24, 2003, and pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Kimberly D. Stewart, which appointment was made pursuant to Order in Council 2002-319 dated June 28, 2002; and (
b) appoint Kimberly D. Myatt of Truro, Colchester County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed with the Province of Nova Scotia.\x09\x09
