OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated May 29, 2018, and pursuant to
Section 38 of
Chapter 293 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Motor Vehicle Act , is pleased to approve new regulations made by the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal respecting Mi’Kmaq number plates, in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after June 21, 2018.
