OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Housing and Municipal Affairs dated August 18, 1998, pursuant to

Section 22 of

Chapter 211 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Housing Act, is pleased to prescribe that: (1) the Minister of Housing and Municipal Affairs may appoint members to the regional housing authorities from time to time for such term of office as the Minister determines; and (2) a regional housing authority shall be composed of: (

a) at least one member appointed on the recommendation of the appropriate Municipality; (

b) at least one member appointed on the recommendation of the Regional Housing Authority; and (

c) such other members as the Minister deems appropriate.
