OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Climate Change dated February 10, 2023, and pursuant to subsection 19(2) of
Chapter 1 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1994-95, the Environment Act, is pleased, effective March 7, 2023, to approve the Minister of Environment and Climate Change entering into a Memorandum of Understanding, to receive a one-time grant from Environment and Climate Change Canada to carry out wetland mapping, in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
