Order in Council 1179/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 9(7) of the Ontario Cannabis Retail Corporation Act, 20 17,

The Chair of the board of directors the Ontario Cannabis Retail Corporation shall be compensated at the rate of $350.00 per diem;

The Vice-Chair of the board of directors of the Ontario Cannabis Retail Corporation shall be compensated at the rate of $250.00 per diem; and

The other members of the board of directors of the Ontario Cannabis Retail Corporation shall be compensated at the rate of $200.00 per diem.

Appointees shall be reimbursed for work-related expenses incurred while engaged in the business of the Ontario Cannabis Retail Corporation in accordance with the Travel, Meal and Hospitality Expenses Directive and any other TB/MBC directives.
