OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Securities Act dated November 28, 2011, and pursuant to Sections 4 and 7 of

Chapter 418 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Securities Act, is pleased, effective January 1, 2012 to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Sarah P. Bradley as member and Vice Chair of the Nova Scotia Securities Commission made by Order in Council 2010- 354; (

b) revoke the appointment of H. Leslie O'Brien as member and Chair of the Nova Scotia Securities Commission made by Order in Council 2009-140; (

c) appoint Sarah P. Bradley as a member and designate her as Chair of the Nova Scotia Securities Commission for a period of three years; and (

d) determine the remuneration of Sarah P. Bradley as member and Chair of the Nova Scotia Securities Commission at $85,000 per year, plus expenses, adjusted annually commencing January 1, 2013, in an amount equal to the percentage cost of living increase approved for non-bargaining civil servants for the 2012-2013 and subsequent fiscal years.
