EXPLANATORY NOTE NOTE EXPLICATIVE The Adult Abuse Registry Act is amended to streamline the Adult Abuse Registry Committee process while preserving procedural fairness. The committee must determine whether a person abused or neglected a specified adult after a single hearing. The person continues to have an opportunity to provide information to the committee. La

L'article 17 est remplacé par ce qui suit : Committee to review designated officer's report 17 When the committee receives a report from a designated officer in which it is alleged that a person abused or neglected a specified adult, the committee must review the report in accordance with this Act.
