OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Human Resources dated March 14, 2001 pursuant to
Section 32 and 33 of
Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act, and
Section 3 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to: (
a) effective April 1, 2000, revoke approval of the Management Compensation Pay Plan approved by Order in Council 98-563, dated November 3, 1998; (
b) effective April 1, 2000, revoke approval of the Administrative Support Pay Plan approved by Order in Council 98-530, dated October 20, 1998; (
c) approve the Management Compensation Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in
Schedule "I" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and from April 1, 2000 to April 1, 2001; (
d) approve the Management Compensation Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation in the form set out in
Schedule "II" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and from April 1, 2001; (
e) approve the Administrative Support Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in
Schedule "III" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and from April 1, 2000 to April 1, 2001; (
f) approve the Administrative Support Play Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in
Schedule "IV" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and from April 1, 2001.
