Section 2 of the Engineering Technology Act,

an act of the Legislature or any regulation, rule, order or bylaws made under

45 A resolution, report, recommendation, decision, finding or order of the Council or any committee of the Council or of the Society in writing signed or electroni ‐ cally signed by all councillors or persons entitled to vote on the resolution, report, recommendation, decision, finding or order, or signed or electronically signed coun ‐ terparts thereof, is as valid as if passed, enacted, deter ‐ mined or made at a meeting of the Council or the com ‐ mittee, and may be transmitted by facsimile, email or other electronic means. 45 Les résolutions, rapports, recommandations, déci ‐ sions, conclusions ou arrêtés du Conseil ou d’un comité du Conseil ou de la Société, ou leurs exemplaires, cou ‐ chés par écrit et signés, même électroniquement, par tous les conseillers ou par toutes les personnes qui ont voix délibérative à leur égard sont aussi valides que s’ils éma ‐ naient d’une réunion du Conseil ou de ce comité et peuvent être transmis par télécopie, courriel ou autre moyen électronique. 18

Section 47 of the Act is repealed and the following is substituted: 18 L’article 47 de la Loi est abrogé et remplacé par ce qui suit : 47 Whenever notice is required or permitted to be made or given pursuant to the Act, the bylaws or rules: 47 Chaque fois qu’il est exigé ou permis qu’avis soit donné en conformité avec la présente loi, les règlements administratifs ou les règles, les conditions suivantes s’appliquent : (
