OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education dated November 4, 2005, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 73 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1988, the Mount Saint Vincent University Act, is pleased to appoint Karen Hatcher of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Board of Governors of Mount Saint Vincent University for a term of office of three years commencing December 1, 2005.
