Order in Council 1905/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to clause 4(2)(

b) of the Ontario College of Teachers Act, 1996, and Ontario Regulation 345/96 made under the Act,

Whereas Ronna Hope Warsh of Windsor, who was re-appointed by O.C. 543/2017 as a member of the Council of the Ontario College of Teachers, has submitted a letter of resignation from such position;

Now therefore Order in Council 543/2017 be revoked effective May 28, 2019.
