OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Seniors and Long-Term Care dated February 7, 2022, and pursuant to

Section 77 of

Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased to authorize the Minister of Seniors and Long-Term Care to amend the agreements with MacLeod Group Health Services Limited concerning the Mahone Nursing Home, approved by Order in Council 2020-133 dated April 27, 2020, and to enter into the agreements, as amended, subject to such variations as do not materially change the nature of the agreements.
