Section 63 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2006, the Financial Measures
(2006) Act, and subsection (7) of
Section 3 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that Sections 59 to 62 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2006, the Financial Measures
(2006) Act, do come into force on and not before May 1, 2007.
