OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated May 1, 2014, and pursuant to

Section 21 of

Chapter 371 of the Revised Statues of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Highways Act, is pleased to designate as a controlled access highway a

section of highway in the County of Halifax known as Kearney Lake Road, from approximately 300 meters west of the intersection of the centerline of Kearney Lake Road and the centerline of the proposed Highway 113, then travelling in an easterly direction approximately 600 meters towards the Bedford Highway, as indicated on

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
