Section of the Marshland Infrastructure Mainte- nance Act,

chapter of the Acts of New Brunswick, 2013, is amended L’article de la

Loi sur l’entretien des infrastruc- tures pour terrain marécageux,

chapitre des Lois du Nouveau-Brunswick de 2013, est modifié (

a) in the definition “marshland infrastructure” by striking out “Department of Agriculture, Aquacul- ture and Fisheries” and substituting “Department of Transportation and Infrastructure”;

a) à la définition « infrastructure pour terrain ma- récageux », par la suppression de « ministère de l’Agriculture, de l’Aquaculture et des Pêches » et son remplacement par « ministère des Transports et de l’Infrastructure »; (

b) in the definition “Minister” by striking out “Minister of Agriculture, Aquaculture and Fisher- ies” and substituting “Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure”.

Section of the Act is amended by striking out “Department of Agriculture, Aquaculture and Fisher- ies” and substituting “Department of Transportation and Infrastructure”. 2 L’article de la Loi est modifié par la suppression de « ministère de l’Agriculture, de l’Aquaculture et des Pêches » et son remplacement par « ministère des Transports et de l’Infrastructure ». 3 Paragraph 3(1)(

f) of New Brunswick Regulation 2013-75 under the Marshland Infrastructure Mainte- nance Act is amended by striking out “Department of Agriculture, Aquaculture and Fisheries” and substitut- ing “Department of Transportation and Infrastructure”. 3 L’alinéa 3(1)
