Order in Council 348/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 16(3) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Paul Muldoon of Toronto be appointed an Alternate Executive Chair of Environment and Land Tribunals Ontario for a term of one year, effective April 1, 2018.

Further, pursuant to subsection 27(1) of the Expropriations Act , subsection 24(1) of the Ontario Heritage Act , subsection 1(2) of the Environmental Review Tribunal Act, 2000 , subsection 5(2) of the Ontario Municipal Board Act and subsection 6(2) of the Ministry of Natural Resources Act , as amended by

section 3,

Schedule 17 of the Stronger, Healthier Ontario Act (Budget Measures), 2017 , Paul Muldoon be further appointed a member of the Board of Negotiation, the Conservation Review Board, the Environmental Review Tribunal, the Ontario Municipal Board and the Mining and Lands Tribunal, respectively, for concurrent terms of one year, effective April 1, 2018.
