OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated May 12, 1999, pursuant to clause 16(1)(

b) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the granting of an easement for access and for the installation, use and maintenance of utility lines and poles, with respect to Crown lands situate at Kelly Point, Prospect, Halifax County, and shown in bold line on the plan marked

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to Vladi Private Islands Limited and Private Dream Estates Limited for the consideration of $9,030.00, and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
