With the advice and consent of the Executive Council of Manitoba, we name April 15, 2025, as the day on which The Police Services Amendment Act (Enhancing Independent Investigation Unit Operations) (S.M. 2022, c. 10), except sections 1, 5 and 17, comes into force.
