OIC Number: 2005 - 254 Date of Order: Jun 17, 2005 OIC Text: The Governor in Council is pleased to amend Order in Council 2005-244 dated June 9, 2005, respecting the appointment of the Honourable Rodney MacDonald and the Honourable Angus MacIsaac, respectively, as Acting Minister of Education, by striking out lines seventeen to twenty-two and substituting the following: "To be Acting Minister of Education and Acting Minister responsible for the Youth Secretariat Act from Thursday, June 16, 2005 to Sunday, June 19, 2005 inclusive: the Honourable Rodney MacDonald; and To be Acting Minister of Education and Acting Minister responsible for the Youth Secretariat Act from Monday, June 20, 2005 to Sunday, June 26, 2005 inclusive: the Honourable Angus MacIsaac."; The Governor in Council is pleased to appoint, confirm and ratify the actions of the following Ministers: To be Acting Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries and Acting Minister of Acadian Affairs from 9:00 p.m., Friday, June 10, 2005 until 2:00 p.m., Friday, June 17, 2005: the Honourable Carolyn Bolivar-Getson; To be Acting Premier, Acting President of the Executive Council and Acting Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs from approximately 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 14, 2005 until approximately 4:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 15, 2005: the Honourable Ronald Russell; To be Acting Minister of Health and Acting Chair of the Senior Citizens' Secretariat and to be responsible for any and all other duties assigned to that Minister from approximately noon on Friday, June 17, 2005 until approximately 5:00 p.m., on Sunday, June 19, 2005: the Honourable Rodney MacDonald; and To be Acting Minister of Natural Resources from 9:10 p.m., Wednesday, June 15, 2005 until 11:05 p.m., Saturday, June 25, 2005: the Honourable Carolyn Bolivar-Getson.
