Order in Council 188/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 4.1(2) of the Ontario Energy Board Act, 1998 , Jenni Byrne , of Toronto, be appointed by the Lieutenant Governor in Council as a full-time member of the Ontario Energy Board to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, for a term not exceeding two years effective the date of this Order in Council.
