OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance and Treasury Board dated September 16, 2022, and pursuant to subsection 35(2) of

Chapter 379 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Trustee Act , is pleased to authorize the Minister of Finance and Treasury Board to pay to Barbara Helen Ogilvie the sum of Fifty Thousand, Six Hundred Eleven dollars and Eighty-Two cents ($50,611.82), held by the Minister of Finance and Treasury Board pursuant to subsection 28(2) of the Public Trustee Act , being her share of the Estate of the late Allison Ronald Ogilvie, together with interest at the rate of Prime less 2.0% from February 13, 2020 to the date of payment, less an administrative charge of 5% on accrued interest.
