Section amended FOR HISTORICAL REFERENCE ONLYFOR HISTORICAL REFERENCE ONLY

CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Housing Act [Assented to March 31, 1959] Rev. Stat. c.246 The Housing Act is amended in the manner hereinafter set forth. 1959, c.81, s.1. 2 Subsection (1) of

section is repealed and the following substituted therefor: “

(1) In this Act: “municipality” 1. ‘ municipality’ means a city, town, village or rural municipality; “the National Housing Act, 1954 (Canada)” 2. ‘ the National Housing Act, 1954 (Canada) ’ means the National Housing Act, 1954 (Canada) as amended from time to time”. 1959, c.81, s.2.

Section amended Subsection (1) of
