OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated January 23, 2007, pursuant to
Section 11 of
Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act, is pleased to: (
a) convey land and building containing 1.072 hectares, more or less, situate at West Paradise, in the County of Annapolis, and more particularly described in
Schedule "A" and shown outlined in red on
Schedule "B", which schedules are attached to and form part of the report and recommendation; (
b) convey the lands to James R. Height; and (
c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works to make and execute a Grant of Easement in such form as the Minister determines.
