Order in Council 282/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Shannon Braun was reappointed as full-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term ending March 27, 2021, by Order in Council O.C. 1775/2019;

And

whereas Shannon Braun was reappointed as part-time member of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term ending March 27, 2021, by Order in Council O.C. 1946/2019;

And

whereas Shannon Braun tendered her resignation effective December 12, 2020;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 and subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997 , Orders in Council O.C. 1775/2019 and 1946/2019 be revoked effective December 12, 2020.
