OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated December 16, 1998, pursuant to

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, and to Order in Council 97-719 dated November 19, 1997, which Order established the Petroleum Directorate, is pleased to: (

a) revoke Order in Council 97-729 dated November 25, 1997, which Order appointed the Honourable Russell MacLellan, Q.C., a Member of the Executive Council, to be the Minister responsible for the Petroleum Directorate; and (

b) appoint the Honourable Manning MacDonald, a Member of the Executive Council, to be the Minister responsible for the Petroleum Directorate.
