Order in Council 1626/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Andrea Himel was reappointed as part-time member of the Child and Family Services Review Board and the Custody Review Board for a fixed term of five years, effective November 29, 2015, by Order in Council O.C. 1542/2015;

And

whereas Andrea Himel tendered her resignation effective June 23, 2020;

Therefore, pursuant to subsections 333(2) and 151(2) of the Child, Youth and Family Services Act, 2017 , Order in Council O.C. 1542/2015 be revoked effective June 23, 2020.
