Order in Council 47/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 8(3) of the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario Act, 2016, Ali Salahuddin , of Toronto, be appointed as a part-time member of the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
